• Pre-paid packages, high-season packages, and customized packages are non-refundable. For all travel and tour packages, including Hajj and Umrah, all cancellation requests must be received by Al-Ameen in writing. You acknowledge and understand that DST incurs significant expenses and losses if a traveler cancels a booking.
